The taste of the final product is like fresh pasteurised milk, but with the advantage of great keeping... and 95% Fat Free!
Advantages over Fresh Milk

Skimmed milk is made by splitting up fresh milk into fat and protein, then removing the fat. The resulting concentrated milk is spray dried and simultaneously converted into semi-instant powder, enabling the I Luv Coffee machine to automatically create the perfect frothy milk consistency.
